ZTE introduced a new smartphone as part of the Axon 40 series. The model offered to the market under the name Axon 40 Lite is similar in design to the Blade V41 Vita. Joining the middle class ranks, this model also has a vertical stripe on the back.ZTE Axon 40 Lite has a 6.6-inch IPS display that offers FHD+ resolution (2400 × 1080 pixels). It is powered by the octa-core Unisoc T616 chipset with Mali-G57 MP1 GPU. The device has 6GB of RAM and 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage.
The camera features of the smartphone are as follows:
- 50 megapixel main sensor
- 8 megapixel ultra wide angle lens
- 2 megapixel depth sensor
- 16 megapixel selfie camera
The price tag has also been revealed
The Chinese brand has included a 4,500 mAh battery with 22.5W fast charging support in the new model. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, 3.5mm headphone jack, 4G LTE, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0 and GPS.
The ZTE Axon 40 Lite is currently available in Mexico in black and blue color options. It is not yet clear whether the smartphone will be released in other countries. The device retails for 3,999 Mexican pesos ($220).
