Google will show advertised apps directly in Play Store search. Normally, when the search section in the Google Play App Store is touched, the keyboard opens and the most recent searches are listed. However, the search field will now also show applications that the user has never searched for or downloaded or played, that are of no interest to the user. Interestingly, apps that appear in the search field do not appear in the Gaming tab on the ad-supported “Recommended for you” page.
