Popular video watching platform YouTube recently shared the Recap list, which is specific to each user. A recent report revealed that the app has improved its widgets and switched to a new design.Here are the new YouTube widgets with Material You design:
New YouTube widgets for Android were made available by the company with version 17.43.36. The first ability to come with the new widgets is to be able to quickly search YouTube. When you expand the widget, it becomes possible to search by voice.Under the search section, there is the Quick Actions section. From here you can access your home feed, short stories, subscriptions or library. These new widgets feature Android’s Material You design and leverage Dynamic Color. So the widget theme is linked to your phone theme.
