Many of us love to listen to music during the day while working, playing games, doing sports and many other activities. However, after a while, we can get bored of listening to the same music and encountering the same songs on playlists.
For this reason, it can be a good discovery to hear songs that we may like on the platforms where we listen to music. After Spotify, which was announced to be working on new features for this purpose, this time a similar news came from one of its closest competitors, YouTube Music.
New albums and songs will be dynamically visible above the Discover button
(You can see the old and new versions of the Discover page in the picture above.)
While YouTube Music is taking firm steps towards becoming users’ favorite music listening platform, it shows day by day that it will not fall short of Spotify. The platform, which allows its users to make new discoveries with the New Releases, Lists, Moods and genres options in the Explore button, has now placed a short preview image of the albums at the top of these buttons, with the option to play it.
With this small change in the theme, albums and singles you might like have been highlighted more. The new and dynamic theme appearance has already received great appreciation from users. Although the update has not yet spread widely, all YouTube Music users will be able to get this update in the coming days. This shows that the beta tests were successful and this change has become permanent.
