XRP, Dogecoin and other cryptocurrencies will be available on Romanian ticketing platform Entertix, with the support of Binance Pay.
Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao announced the news on his Twitter account.
Ticketing Period with XRP and DOGE
Binance founder CZ has announced that cryptocurrencies like XRP and DOGE can be used on Romania’s largest ticketing platform, Entertix.

CZ stated that this step is important for crypto adoption.
Binance Pay, Binance’s cryptocurrency payment technology, allows users to shop and transfer crypto using cryptocurrencies. The service is actively used by companies such as Travala.com and L’exception.
Binance Pay currently supports more than forty cryptocurrencies, including Bitcoin, Cardano, Ethereum, Chainlink, XRP and Dogecoin.
Binance continues to take steps towards crypto adoption. The exchange announced last month that it has partnered with Dubai-based luxury hotel Palazzo Versace.
As part of the partnership with Palazzo Versace, the hotel’s customers can pay with cryptocurrency to benefit from the hotel’s services.
Entertix is not the first company to allow crypto payments for ticket purchase. Previously, the world’s largest cinema chain, AMC Theaters, announced that tickets can be purchased with DOGE and SHIB. AMC has partnered with crypto payment processor BitPay for this.
