Xiaomi, which has a wide range of products from smartphones to white goods, from kitchenware to computer equipment, has officially launched its first 27-inch, 4K resolution, Pantone certified monitor. Presented exclusively to the Chinese market for now, the monitor draws attention with its design and features.

Known for its wide range of products, Xiaomi has now launched the first 4K monitor in its history. After weeks of gossip, the Chinese company introduced its new monitor. According to the report from Gizmochina, the official name of the product will be called ‘Xiaomi Monitor 27-inch 4K’.
Even though the product’s feature list has not been published yet, it has become clear what kind of monitor we are dealing with in general terms. Introduced with the model number XMMNT27NU, the monitor, as the name suggests, has a 27-inch thin bezel design. The monitor, which has an IPS LCD panel, has a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels and a brightness of 400 nits with 1.07 billion different colors.
The screen, which has Pantone certification, has delta E1 color accuracy, 99 percent DCI-P3 and 100 percent sRGB color gamut. With the button positioned on the monitor, it is easy to switch between CG, CAD and other professional image formats.
The monitor has TÜV Rheinland approval for the panel’s reduced blue light emission. Besides DC dimming feature, the monitor also has VESA DisplayHDR 400 HDR compatibility. Xiaomi’s new 4K monitor has 2x HDMI 2.1, 1 x DP 1.4, 1 x USB Type-C, 2x USB Type-A and 1 x 3.5mm headphone jack.
Xiaomi’s new 27-inch monitor is available in the Chinese market for Rs 41,414 ($3,499). The monitor comes with a 3-year warranty and is available to pre-order for a limited time, priced at $3,000. It is unclear for now whether Xiaomi will offer the monitor for sale in the international market.
