Xiaomi Router 7000 is officially launched in China. With a price tag of $115, it’s a much cheaper and more powerful modem than the company’s flagship 10G router. Let’s see what Xiaomi Router 7000 offers with its features.Xiaomi Router 7000 comes with Qualcomm IPQ 9554 processor, 1GB RAM, 128MB flash memory. The router has four 2.5G network ports. The Qualcomm Networking Pro 620 features a 14nm processor and four Cortex-A73 cores running at 2.2GHz.
In terms of data transfer rate, it can reach a maximum speed of 1376.1 Mbps in the 2.4G frequency band and 5764.8 Mbps in the 5G band. The router also offers dual WAN/LAN support. The device has seven external antennas, two internal antennas. Four of these antennas are 2.4G single-frequency antennas, four are 5G single-frequency antennas, and one is NFC antenna.Router 7000 has Xiaomi device-specific acceleration feature that intelligently recognizes Xiaomi and Redmi phones and sets a special game acceleration channel. The router also supports software acceleration for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, PC, phone and other devices to reduce game lags and freezes.
