Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series comes global
For those who missed it, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 series, which was introduced last September, managed to make a splash with both its price and its features. In this context, it has been said for a while that the Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro models in the series would step into the global market. In the newly shared teaser image, Xiaomi announced that the smartphones will be introduced worldwide starting from January 4.
What do Redmi Note 13 and Note 13 Pro offer?
Redmi Note 13 has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display on the front that offers 120Hz refresh rate and 1080×2400 pixel resolution. We should also note that this screen offers 1,920Hz PWM dimming, 2,160Hz sampling rate and 1,000 nits brightness. At the heart of the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 6080 platform and a 5,000mAh battery pack with 33W charging support.
In the camera department, there is a dual setup consisting of a 100MP (f/1.7, PDAF) primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. On the front, there is a 16MP front camera sensor for video calls and selfies.
As for the Redmi Note 13 Pro and Pro+, both phones were introduced with a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel offering 2712×1220 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. At this point, while Pro+ comes with IP68 water resistance and Dimensity 7200 Ultra chipset, the Pro model is accompanied by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 and a slightly larger 5,100mAh battery pack.
