While the technical details of the device are not included in the certificate dated May 24, 2022; only Xiaomi Communications Co., Ltd. Xiaomi discontinued the “Mi” brand from last year. It has started to launch its products without this expression anymore. In this context, the new tablet will be released under the name “Pad 6”. According to the information on the EEC’s website, the model number will be 22081283G (L83).
The first 4 digits here (2208) represent the approximate release date of the device. This strengthens the possibility that the Xiaomi Pad 6 will appear around August of this year.
In addition to the Pad 6, it has been revealed that Redmi will launch a total of four new tablets (L81, L81A, L82 and L83) this year, as well as a tablet with the L81A model from Redmi. Although details are not known about the two models other than the L81A and L83, it is estimated that there may be variants of the Pad 6 (such as Pad 6 Pro, Pad 6 Pro 5G).
