In addition, the Redmi12 can offer 23 days of standby time, 26 hours of online reading time, 133 hours of music playback or 16 hours of video viewing with its 5,000 mAh battery. Talking about the screen, the company says that the smartphone has a 6.79” FHD+ DotDisplay display with 90Hz Adaptive Sync. The Redmi 12 has a screen resolution of 2460×1080 and therefore the largest ever among smartphones in the Redmi series.
Also, the phone is SGS Low Blue Light certified and has read mode 3.0 support. This mode allows users to view content for a longer period of time without straining their eyes too much.
Redmi 12’s triple camera setup with a 50-megapixel main camera is complemented by 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro cameras, respectively. Redmi 12 users can also get seven popular movie Camera filters that enhance the photography experience by providing pixel-level calculations and real-time previews.

The Redmi 12 smartphone, which we can consider as an entry-level smartphone, also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and can work as an IR remote control to control devices at home.
