Xiaomi Civi 3 comes in purple, green, gold and white color options. The back of the device is dual-tone, in the upper left corner there is a remarkable camera module that houses three lenses. Powered by MediaTek Dimensity 8200 Ultra processor, the phone comes with 12GB and 16GB RAM (LPDDR5), 256GB, 512GB, 1TB storage (UFS 3.1) options. Running on MIUI 14 based on Android 13, the phone is powered by a 4500 mAh battery that supports 67w fast charging. It was stated that the battery of the phone was 100% filled in 38 minutes and it was said that it is a phone that can easily last a day on a single charge. Xiaomi used a 400mm² stainless steel VC liquid cooling system to keep the temperature under control.
Camera
Xiaomi Civi 3 has a triple camera setup on the back. The main camera with 50MP Sony IMX800 sensor is accompanied by an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro lens. On the front of the phone, there is a pill-shaped hole notch that houses a dual selfie camera. Both of the cameras are 32MP, the camera that acts as an ultra-wide-angle lens supports EIS. The primary rear camera and the front camera capture video of the same quality.
