Xiaomi, which will introduce its new flagship models soon, is frequently on the agenda with both the details about the phones and the expectations on the software side. The series, which is waiting to be announced in the shadow of many claims, continues to arouse curiosity with its new MIUI 13 interface and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.
The Xiaomi 12 series, which will be introduced in three models on December 28, will come with very powerful hardware as usual. In the series, which was previously confirmed with certificates that will support 120W fast charging, the details of the processor began to become clear. Before the launch to be held a week later, the strongest member of the new series appeared on Geekbench. Xiaomi 12 Pro showed up in the Geekbench test.
Xiaomi 12 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1
The Xiaomi 12 Pro, which entered the Geekbench test with the model number 2201122C, draws attention with its processor. As always, the Xiaomi 12 Pro, which will be powered by Qualcomm’s new flagship processor this year, will be the first smartphone to represent this chipset. Consisting of 1x 3GHz Cortex-X2, 3x 2.5GHz Cortex A710 and 4x 1.79GHz Cortex-A710 cores, this chipset will be preferred by many manufacturers in the mobile industry.
The graphics card accompanying the processor will be Adreno 730. It is also seen in the test that the phone will have 12GB of RAM. Apart from these, the score of the device in the list, which does not include hardware information, is quite ambitious for the upper segment. As a matter of fact, according to the Xiaomi 12 Pro Geekbench test, it has achieved 1224 points in a single core and 3823 points in a multi-core.
Apart from these, the phone will have a 6. 67 inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, 50 Megapixel rear camera, 512GB internal storage and 120W fast charging. Other details will be clarified at launch next week.
