Xiaomi made the announcement of the 12 series models that we have been waiting for a long time a few days ago. Announced at an event held in China, Xiaomi 12 strengthens the flagship segment with its important features, and we will share with you our detailed review video about this model when it comes to our country. However, our topic today is different. You know, Xiaomi also has a T series, and today we have 2 new and important models of this series, the Xiaomi 11T and the Xiaomi 11T Pro. Today we will take a closer look at these 2 phones, evaluate their performance, and thus see the differences between the 2 models.

Before moving on, let’s also say that there are no big differences between the 2 phones in terms of general appearance and structure. While the most important difference is the processor used, we can say that there are a few more differences in the Pro model, which we will now take a closer look at.

Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro Design Details

As a design, it is more appropriate to evaluate the 2 models together, because they have exactly the same structure. While both phones are available in Meteor Grey, Moonlight White and Sky Blue color options, the models we have are looking pretty good in Meteor Grey. The phones, which have curved lines towards the edges with the back surface, have a flat screen designed on the front.

The fingerprint sensor of the 11T and 11T Pro comes integrated with the power button on the right edge. When you hold the phone with your right hand, the fingerprint sensor placed under the thumb works very sensitively, so you can easily unlock the phone. In addition, if you wish, it is possible to use the face recognition feature via the front camera as an additional security method.

There are volume keys just above the fingerprint scanner, while both phones are equipped with stereo speakers. The Pro model, which is one of the phones that provides stereo sound with the speakers on the top and bottom edges, reveals its first difference here. The speakers of the Xiaomi 11T Pro also have Harman Kardon and Dolby Atmos sound support. Thus, it would be fair to say that the sound quality is much better.

On phones using the USB-C connection, the SIM card drawer is also on the bottom edge. By the way, an important detail is that both phones have infrared support.

Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro Display Features

When we come to the screen side, we can start by saying that the screens of both phones are quite large. The 6. 67-inch screen is thus very convenient for multimedia consumption, while the use of AMOLED technology as a panel is also pleasing. In this way, the 11T and 11T Pro screens, which attract attention with their color depth and vividness, have TrueColor 1 billion color support and produce a very clear and bright image with 1000 nits brightness.

The 11T and 11T Pro’s display also includes support for 120Hz AdaptiveSync. Although it is said that this is especially important in multimedia use, in fact, it is an important feature in terms of experience at every point. Because, even while navigating the screen, interface or applications, you can use it fluently compared to other 60Hz phones. You will understand when you try it closely. Of course, an important feature for games is 120Hz. The 11T and 11T Pro also have screen touch sensitivity with a touch sampling rate of up to 480Hz, which when these 2 features come together, will enable those who want to play competitive games on their phone to get the performance they are looking for.

As for the screen, we can say that the screens of both phones are Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protected, thus making them resistant to drops and impacts. Those who want more protection can use the silicone protection cover that comes out of the box.

How is Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro Performance?

Now we come to the most curious topic: our features and performance notes. We can start by saying that the Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro are a little more distinct at this point. Because different processors are preferred in both phones.

MediaTek MT6893 Dimensity 1200 5G processor is used in Xiaomi 11T, while Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor is used in Xiaomi 11T Pro. The point where the 2 phones converge on the processor point is that they have 5G support. Thus, when 5G is available in our country, you will be able to access the internet at 5G speed with these phones.

Coming to the details of the processors, the Dimensity 1200 processor in the Xiaomi 11T is based on the 6nm fabrication process and contains 20 percent faster cores compared to MediaTek’s predecessor, Dimensity 1000+. While the prime core of the processor runs at a frequency of 3.0 GHz, the three performance-oriented Cortex-A78 cores that assist it generate power at a frequency of 2.6 GHz. Dimensity 1200, with 4 Cortex-A55 efficiency-oriented cores running at a frequency of 2.0 GHz, also carries the Mali-G77 MC9 graphics unit. If we talk about the test result of Dimensity 1200, which is one of the best flagship processors on the market at the moment, the value we got in Geekbench is 841 points for single core and 3121 points for multi-core. Let’s underline that the single core of this processor operating at a frequency of 3.0 GHz produces a very high score.

When we look at the other technical features of the Xiaomi 11T, we see that 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage are used on the phone. While the Xiaomi 11T is a large phone in terms of RAM in terms of performance, it also offers a very sufficient capacity in storage. In the meantime, let’s say that the overall performance of 11T is 532 thousand 357 points in the AnTuTu Benchmark test, and let’s move on to 11T Pro.

As we just said, the Xiaomi 11T Pro uses the Snapdragon 888 processor. Snapdragon 888, which is the predecessor of Snapdragon 8 Gen 1, which we will see in the flagship phones that will be released in 2022 (one of them is the Xiaomi 12 model), is a processor with high-level performance and capabilities, as many people know.

Snapdragon 888, which has a 5nm fabrication process, thus supports the battery efficiency of the 11T Pro, while relying on the powerful Kyro 680 cores in terms of performance. The processor, which includes the Adreno 660 graphics unit, is accompanied by 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal memory is also included in this lineup. As a result of these, Xiaomi 11T Pro, which can provide the infrastructure and performance that can be expected from a flagship phone, gets 811 points in a single core and 3380 points in a multi-core test from our Geekbench test, and when we come to the AnTuTu Benchmark test, it compares us with a very high score of 699 thousand 591.

If we evaluate with application usage and game performance, both phones draw a very successful graphic. The Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro, which can easily run popular and high-performance games on mobile platforms such as PUBG, Asphalt 9 Legends, Call of Duty Mobile, thus meet performance expectations in terms of both general usage and gaming. So, how is the battery performance of the phones?

Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro Battery Life

Both Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro contain a 5000mAh battery. This is an extremely large capacity, and both phones are more than adequate for daily use. You can even take out the 2nd day with 2 phones with classical usage.

Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro Cameras

Xiaomi continues to develop impressive and innovative camera technologies. If you remember, Xiaomi introduced the Mi Note 10 as the world’s first 108 MP camera smartphone. Putting it on every model and diversifying its range of use, Xiaomi has included cameras that are very pleasant to use in the 11T and 11T Pro.

The cameras of Xiaomi 11T and Xiaomi 11T Pro are almost the same in all their features. The only difference is in the video point. While Xiaomi 11T can record 4K video and Full HD video up to 120 frames, Xiaomi 11T Pro has 8K video recording, 60 frames 4K video shooting and 1080p slow motion up to 960 frames. That’s the only difference. So, what are its other features?

Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro consist of a triple camera block with a 108 MP main camera. In terms of design, this camera block, which is placed on the back of the phone to look very stylish, consists of the other 2 cameras 8 MP ultra wide angle camera and 5 MP telemacro camera.

Among these cameras, our 108 MP main camera can take 26 mm wide-angle shots with a 0.7 micrometer lens and includes phase detection autofocus. At this point, of course, we should say that powerful AI capabilities that enable the optimization of color and contrast ratios come into play. So you can take beautiful pictures in any condition.

The 120-degree wide-angle camera can also take beautiful landscape shots. This is an extremely wide camera, f/2. It uses Sony IMX355 sensor with 2 apertures. 11T and 11T Pro, which can take surprisingly detailed photos with this camera, can take photos with a very low noise ratio and an extremely good dynamic range.

When we come to the macro camera, we can say that you must first turn on the Super Macro mode from the camera interface. You can use this 5MP telemacro camera for both macro shots and 2x optical and 10x digital zoom photography. In both conditions, the results are effective.

Of course, the phones also have Night Mode. Thus, the Xiaomi 11T and 11T Pro, which can achieve good results in low light conditions, also have a 16 MP selfie lens on the front camera.
