A company called Urban-Air Port, with the support of the UK government, succeeded in building the world’s first flying car airport. The airport, which was established in Coventry, England and named as Air-One, will serve delivery drones and autonomous disaster emergency equipment as well as flying cars.

Air-One has a very different structure from the airports we are used to so far. So much so that there are no facilities such as cafes or hotels at this airport. The company seems to have put more emphasis on technical hardware instead. Because every flying car and drone that lands at this airport can be charged. In addition, cargo companies will be able to use Air-One for deliveries.

Although Air-One is the only one for now, this situation seems to change in the future. Because when we look at the company’s plans, we see that these airports will be built all over the world, such as England, the USA, Australia, South Korea, France, Germany, Scandinavia and Southeast Asia. Thus, flying cars and drones will be more easily integrated into daily life.

Urban Air-Port founder Ricky Sandhu explained that Air-One is very important for the new world order. Stating that there are roads that can be used by cars, planes, trains and ships, Sandhu said that now centers where flying cars and drones can also be used are ready.
