Johnny Depp announced plans to publish NFT works based on his personal artworks.
The world famous actor turned portraits of people like Johnny Depp, Heath Ledger, Tim Burton and more into NFT art.
In the collection titled ‘Never Fear Truth’, portraits of Marlon Brando, Elizabeth Taylor, Hunter S. Thompson, Heath Ledger, Lily-Rose Depp, Tim Burton, Depp’s deceased dog Mooh, Depp himself, Depp’s friends and his characters is located. There is also a fictional character named Bunnyman, created by his son.
Part of the Proceeds from Sales Will Be Donated
The collection is available for sale embellished in 11.111 NFTs and enhanced from Depp’s original artwork.
25% of all proceeds from sales will be donated to charities supported by Depp. These institutions include Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital, Elizabeth Taylor AIDS Foundation, NAACP Legal Advocacy and Education Fund, Perth Children’s Hospital and The Gonzo Trust.

Depp said in a statement on the subject;
“I have always used art to express my feelings, to reflect what matters most to me, such as my family, friends, and people I admire. My pictures surround my life, but I kept them to myself and limited myself. No one should limit themselves. In return, we decided to publish a series of portraits. It’s an incredible feeling to have the opportunity to greet my supporters and support charities. Hopefully we can build a new community of friends around these NFTs. My involvement in the NFT field has just begun. ”
NFT purchasers will be granted access to Depp’s community on Discord. 10,000 NFTs will be available through the collection’s official website, with applications open starting Wednesday, January 26.
The remaining 1,111 NFTs will be donated to fans and charities by Depp.
