READING NOW With iOS 17, QR (data code) scanning on iPhones has become easier

When scanning a QR code via the iOS 17 Camera app, the QR code will now be fixed above the shutter button. This small change will make it easier to touch the address directed by the QR code.

QR code links fixed

As a reminder, Apple added QR code scanning functionality to the Camera app in iOS 11, and it looked like a notification at the top when the QR code was read. In iOS 13, the interface has been redesigned and now the link after scanning the QR code is not displayed as a notification, but as a yellow stripe above the shutter button. However, clicking the link was not easy as the yellow stripe moved as the camera moved. Apple finally took this into account and the yellow stripe was fixed with the iOS 17 update.

iOS 17 beta is now available for download

After WWDC23, Apple released iOS 17 beta 1 to the public. Those who do not have a developer account can also download the iOS 17 beta for free.
