Windows 11’s screen quotation tool gains a new feature that will take user experience to the next level.
In the next new Windows 11 update, the screen quotation tool will now recognize a random text on the screen instantly and allow you to copy this text directly.
Compared to the information shared by Phantomofearth, known for its leaks on the features that will come to Windows, this new feature uses optical character recognition (OCR) technology.
You will now be able to remove texts with one click

Users will open the screen quoting tool and select the ‘text extraction’ feature and draw a box around the area where the text is located. The vehicle will automatically recognize and emphasize the selected text and offer copying option.
Unlike the current OCR feature, this new formula will not require a screen image. Users can take the text they see directly on the screen and paste them where they want. This provides a great advantage in terms of both speed and ease of use.
In the Insider version of Windows 11, if everything goes well, this useful feature may come to the stable version of Windows 11 in the near future.
