Microsoft will offer Windows 11 users a simple way to view all saved passwords on Wi-Fi networks. The new feature is included in preview build 23466, available to Windows Insider program members this week.

In Windows operating systems, it is not so easy to find the password of a Wi-Fi network. If the user needs to view the saved passwords of wireless networks for any reason, he needs to run a command line and learn how to use the “netsh” command to get the information he wants.

Seeing Wi-Fi password will become simple in Windows 11

Now all Windows 11 users have to do to view their saved passwords for wireless networks is to go to Settings, then open Network & Internet, select Wi-Fi and Manage Known Networks. Then in the window that opens, you will see a list of all registered Wi-Fi networks. All that remains is to select the network you are interested in and click on the “View Wi-Fi security key” button.

The innovation in question will make it much easier to view passwords saved on Wi-Fi networks. The new feature appeared in the beta version of Windows 11. It is not yet known when it will appear in stable versions of the operating system.
