Microsoft is preparing to offer users a new feature so that users do not lose access to Microsoft accounts in Windows 11. The Windows 11 24h2 version will remind users that they need to add a backup e-mail or phone number to protect Microsoft accounts.In the Windows 11 Start menu, “Never lose access. Add a recovery phone number to ensure that you can always access your account ”.
This notification will be shown to people who do not have a second e-mail or recovery phone number in Microsoft accounts. Microsoft says that this information will help to save the account if the password is forgotten or for any reason if the account is locked.
The new feature of Windows 11 is available to test users on giant and beta channels with the KB5053660 update.
