OnePlus 11 was introduced in China recently and will soon be available to global users. While the smartphone received positive feedback with its technical features and design, it managed to break the company’s pre-sales record in just 12 hours. As this is the case, all eyes on the user front were turned to the OnePlus 11 Pro model, which is claimed to be showcased in the future. An official statement came from OnePlus on the subject.
Will OnePlus 11 Pro be introduced?
The OnePlus 11 is currently in the pre-order process in China and will go on sale for the first time on January 9. Li Jie, president of OnePlus China, made some statements on Weibo after the device was made available for pre-order. Jie, who thanked the users for the pre-sale success of the smartphone in the first place, also mentioned the Pro model with high-end features at one point.
Li Jie, who communicated with users by question and answer method, stated that OnePlus 11 Pro was not in their plans after a person said that he would buy OnePlus 11 if he did not have a Pro model. This statement of the manager is largely in line with past leaks.
In fact, this situation is not so new for the company. Because in January of last year, OnePlus 10 Pro was showcased and the standard model was not introduced. OnePlus 11 was introduced this year too, and according to Li Jie’s statement, the Pro will be bypassed.
