The critical threshold for the Pixel 8 family, whose design has been revealed recently, has been exceeded. Some technical features of the Google Pixel 8 model have emerged. Here are the details…
Google Pixel 8 features become clear
According to the leaked information, Google will include the Tensor G3 processor developed by itself in the Pixel 8 family. Allegedly, Google will cooperate with Samsung on the processor. It is stated that the Tensor G3 processor will be a modified version of the Exynos 2300, which will be produced by Samsung.
Compared to its predecessor, the Google Pixel 8 will be 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9mm or 5.1mm shorter, 2.4mm narrower and 0.2mm thinner. On the back of the device, there will be a larger camera area than its predecessor.
Google will include a triple camera array on the Pixel 8 Pro model, the flagship of the series. A main camera, a telephoto camera and an ultra-wide-angle camera will be used. However, it is stated that the device will also include a LiDAR sensor.
The Pixel 8 model, which is stated to be released with the GKWS6 model code, will be introduced with 12W Qi wireless charging technology. It is among the leaked information that the device will support the Qi2 technology introduced this year.
Along with the Pixel 7 family, Google has introduced a new “Deblur for photos” tool that uses the machine learning capabilities of the Tensor chip. According to the leaked information, the company has completed its work for the “Defocus for videos” technology in the Pixel 8 series.
Given Google’s interest in deblurring for photos, the technology is expected to support videos as well in the near future. The technology, which is still in the testing phase, does not create a noticeable effect in the videos.
