We know that when new versions of phones are released, new features are added. However, cases where some features are removed do happen, albeit very rarely. This is exactly the case with the iPhone 13 series. The option to suppress surrounding noise when talking on the phone was available on iPhone 12 and earlier, but not on iPhone 13.
The new phone does not really have a noise canceling option; at least there is no option for that. When an iPhone user called Apple support and said they couldn’t find the noise canceling option, their response was “iPhone 13 doesn’t have a noise canceling option”.
Apple left unanswered questions on this subject. Therefore, we do not know why this option does not exist, if it already exists as a standard, it may not be turned off, or if it will come back with a software update in the future.
