In fact, although the price and all the details are fixed on our site, many people ask for prices under the posts on Instagram. The main reason for me to reply from DM is to not interrupt the interaction and to provide more detailed information. Because after the price, there is usually a question about shipping and payment. I am sending the image that includes both these and all of our products.

In other words, I am showing product B to a person who is curious about product A. Showing other products brings me a situation called cross-selling. How is the condition of the product, what are the shipping options, etc. I also convey them. In other words, this situation works for the customer as he learns other details, and we make the process easier.

When I write the price, when another person who is curious about the same product comes, that person will see the price in the comments and will not write a comment or interact with me in any way. However, when he asks for the price, we send everyone one by one via DM.
