Of course, there is a scientific explanation for this situation. Richard Honaker, a health expert, states that this condition has to do with blood flow.
According to Honaker’s testimonies, as men work to build muscle, their bodies send blood to their muscles and joints. As a result, the amount of blood going to the penis and scrotum (bag-like structures inside the testicles) is also reduced. Of course, this situation is not alarming, but unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to eliminate it.
You don’t have to give up doing sports and adopt a sedentary lifestyle just because exercise makes the penis smaller.
Urologist Jamin Brahmbhatt, working at the University of Central Florida School of Medicine, states that men who do not exercise can develop lubrication on their penis. In other words, there is no need for you to give up exercise just because exercise ‘temporarily’ reduces the penis.
Another well-known misconception is that long-term body work will make the penis smaller.
Long-term exercises can enlarge the penis, let alone reduce it. Urologist Brahmbhatt states that especially after overweight men lose weight by doing sports, their penises enlarge.
In other words, if a man notices that his penis or testicles are getting smaller after exercising, we can say that it is because of irregular exercise. Because, according to Brahmbhatt, regular exercise keeps both the heart and erection strong, so that long-term sports do not reduce the size of the penis.
