When you learn “E This is My Life!” Paradox you will say

It is called Catch-22 when the solution of a problem is not possible due to a situation or rule at the core of the problem. Let us examine this concept in more detail.

Do you find yourself in a stalemate from time to time and don’t know what to do because what you need to solve the problem is also part of the problem? This situation actually has a special name, and it pretty well explains many of the dilemmas we experience.

Sometimes all it takes to fix a problem is what will allow you to fix it if it already exists. This situation first comes to everyone’s agenda with a novel. The novel is so popular that this phenomenon is called Catch-22, which is the name of the novel. They’re even filming a TV show starring George Clooney.

It all started with a novel.

In 1961, Joseph Heller wrote the novel Catch-22. In the book, the only way pilots don’t fly is if they’re mentally unstable. In the book, he tells the bureaucratic deadlock process of the pilots stationed on an imaginary Italian island in the last months of World War II, through the eyes of the main character of the book, Yossarian. It is insane for pilots to fly in this war environment. So a sane pilot doesn’t want to fly. The pilot who does not want to fly is sane, so he must fly. If the pilot wants to fly, he is not sane, he is not allowed to fly. However, only a madman flies in a combat environment, so he must fly. So in any case, a pilot will fly, it is impossible not to fly.

The general name given to these impasses is Catch-22, after the rule that gives the book its name. It is the situation where the current dilemma cannot be solved due to the existing dilemma. The book was so successful that hippie youth, who thought they were socially stuck, began wearing Yossarian badges.

“Doesn’t there be such a thing in everyday life?” Don’t say it’s happening.

In our daily lives, we encounter many Catch-22 situations, large and small. Moreover, when a Catch-22 situation occurs, it is not our fault. Let’s explain this interesting concept with some examples:

Imagine you graduate from college and start applying for a job. One of the first things you will be asked is, “Do you have experience?” is the question. And you rightly say, “Well, it’s a beginner level job, let me get started so I can gain experience.” you say. Then they won’t accept you because you don’t have experience (You can gain experience by taking part in school clubs or doing internships, I’ll explain this later.) Or they say that your diploma is not important in the job interview, they will teach you the job, but if you don’t have a diploma, they won’t hire you.

Let’s say you entered the workplace and the printer ran out of cartridges. When you said this, you were told “OK, print out the request form and fill it out”. You can’t use the printer because you don’t have toner, you can’t fill out the request form because you can’t print.

So, has the field of informatics survived Catch-22? He has not been saved(a).

There is actually a Catch-22 situation in quantum computing, and to overcome this situation, scientists have been working on developing qubits that can store data without being measured for a very long time. The situation here is that by observing a particle in a quantum state, we need to determine its exact position. Observing a quantum particle affects its position. That is, we cannot get the correct information from the particle when we observe it.

Internet sites also contain a small example of this situation. You have indicated that you do not want any of your personal data to be collected in the cookies and permissions window that appears on almost every site. The site has to collect your personal data to distinguish you in order not to collect your personal data.

One of my favorites is email services. Some e-mail services will email you when your inbox is full to let you know that you can’t receive any more e-mails. This e-mail does not come to you because your mailbox is full.

As you can see, Catch-22 is a situation that often happens to us. Even life itself can feel like a Catch-22 situation from time to time. If you have other examples that come to mind, I welcome your comments.
