What is the WhatsApp Community feature and what will it do
The WhatsApp – Communities function, which has been reported and even tested, has been expected by users for a long time. Because the new feature will greatly affect people and make their work easier. Thanks to Communities, group admins will be able to follow, navigate and organize all groups under a single community house.
Business owners, brand managers or people who lead many groups, or people who are in charge of a school and course, will be relieved thanks to the communities. Admins will add members to the group via the Community Invite Link. It is unclear for now when the feature that is currently being worked on will come.
Other new features being worked on
Whatsapp is working on many new features besides the Communities feature. The first is the use of pencils. The pencil feature, which is being worked on, will now allow users to draw and edit photos and videos with different pencils. The communication application, which has a single item for now, seems to increase diversity.
The other new feature is a feature that they have been working on for a long time and is expected to be released soon. When a message notification comes from WhatsApp, only the name of the person who sent it and the message are written in the notification bar. However, thanks to the feature that is expected to come soon, the profile photo of the person who sent the message will now appear in the notification bar.
Another and last known feature to be worked on is the voice memo preview feature. When sending a voice message, sometimes we don’t like our own voice or we can’t explain exactly what we want. That’s why users turn off their internet and listen to their voicemails and send them through their own approval. But thanks to the new function, it will no longer be necessary to do this for a long time. They will review it beforehand.
