Twitter is in the middle of a new post-Elon Musk crisis. After the Twitter office was closed to employees until Monday, employees almost declared war on Elon Musk. A group of employees, including senior figures, resigned from the company. In the midst of all this, Musk made a statement about Trump’s account.

Why did Elon Musk and Twitter employees clash?

In a surprise move, Elon Musk closed his Twitter offices and told staff not to return until Monday, November 21. Badge access has also been revoked to ensure that no employees try to break into the office.

Musk previously sent an e-mail to employees saying that working conditions would be extremely difficult and long. Thus, employees would have accepted the extremely “hard and long work” condition called Twitter 2.0.

Employees who did not accept these conditions and organized against Musk brought the company to the point of bankruptcy. While the exact number is unknown, Twitter has allegedly had very few employees left. Some of the ex-employees stated that they were relieved when they left after the chaos created by Elon Musk.

Elon Musk, on the other hand, ignores all these events and continues to make humorous posts on Twitter. In addition to the last image he shared, he said it was unclear whether Trump’s account would be opened. While the accounts of names such as Kathie Griffin and Jorden Peterson have been opened, Trump’s decision has not been made yet.

In his latest tweet, Musk said, “The new Twitter policy is freedom of speech, but not freedom of access. “You won’t find the tweet, which is no different from the rest of the internet unless you specifically search for it,” he said.
