First developed by Insomniac Games in 2018 and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment, Marvel’s Spider-Man is known as one of the best superhero games ever. A YouTube user sought an answer to the question, “How would Spider-Man’s PS5 adventure be played with an FPS camera?”
Nearly a thousand photos were used for the Spider-Man video
Although Marvel’s Spider-Man on PlayStation 4 really offers a visual feast, it managed to raise the bar with the Remastered version coming for PlayStation 5.
As great as it felt to be playing as Peter Parker in both versions, the one feature that was lacking in either game was introducing you to a camera from behind the Spider-Man mask. A Spider-Man fan who produces content on YouTube has found a way to network in New York through the eyes of Peter Parker and Miles Morales: Stop-Motion.
As you can see in the YouTube video below, creator ItIsSpid has put in quite the hard work of showing what it’s like to web-cast in Insomniac Games’ New York City through both Peter Paker and Miles Morales. Using the game’s photo mode for the video, which lasted for a total of 1 minute and 40 seconds, the player made a stop-motion video.
Explaining how he prepared the video in the description below the YouTube video, ItIsSpid stated that he recorded more than 850 screenshots in total from both Marvel’s Spider-Man and Miles Morales, and when he finished taking the screenshots, there was almost no free space left on the PS5. Stating that he learned a lot from this experience, the publisher said that he will do a better job in his next video.
So what do you guys think about the published video? Could this video cause us to see a Spider-Man game using a different camera angle in the future? Please do not forget to share your views with us in the comments section.
