Big whales continue to accumulate Bitcoin, according to on-chain data provider Santiment. Santiment shared a report about BTC whales holding a minimum of 100 BTC in their wallets.

According to BitInforCharts, these wallets hold 3.9 million Bitcoins (almost 21% of all BTC in circulation).

60,000 BTC Bought by Whales in Last Two Months, 1.7 Million BTC Since 2017

Over the past two months, BTC wallet holders with more than 100 tokens have continued to add Bitcoin to their holdings.

Whales have added about 60,000 Bitcoins to their holdings since December. Overall, in the five years since 2017, these whales have purchased the aforementioned 60,000 and a total of 1.7 million BTC, according to the Santiment report.
