A new step in the Web3 field has come from Polygon Blockchain, one of the most well-known in the crypto industry.
Polygon announced that it has undermined its Web3 identification service using zero knowledge (zk). Polygon Blockchain continues to attract attention as one of the breakthrough chains in the Web3 space.
Polygon Launches New Program in Web3 Services Using Zk
Zero-knowledge (zk) technology continues unabated in Web3 adoption. In this context, many companies come up with new projects with zero knowledge technology.
As one of them, Polygon Blockchain started Web3 identification services. Polygon has released a Web3 identification service that can authenticate user credentials without exposing personal data.
The team said that the identity solution they developed will be useful for Blockchain-related Know Your Customer checks. Polygon, the Ethereum sidechain, has released a Web3 identification service called Polygon ID, which will allow Blockchain-based applications to authenticate user credentials without compromising personal information.
The core developers of Polygon Labs have integrated this identity toolkit technology into Polygon zkEVM, which is expected to be released later this month.
