Social media giant Meta began to warn Facebook users about a significant change. So much so that the company will start to delete live broadcast records after 19 February. What does this change mean and how will it affect users? Here are the details…

Facebook live broadcast records will be deleted after 30 days

According to the information transferred, the Social Media Platform will store live broadcast records on the platform for only 30 days as of February 19. Users will have to download them within 30 days to avoid losing post -broadcast videos or save them to a storage service.

Alternatively, it will be possible to share these videos as reals with 90 second format limitations. Meta states that this change took place in the first few weeks of watching live broadcasts and aims to make storage policy compatible with sector standards.

Microsoft Edge is 40 percent faster with 132 update. It simplifies the browser codes from the same base as Chrome.

Facebook will delete old live broadcast records step by step. Previous videos will be deleted older than 30 days. However, before this deletion starts, users will receive a notification and have the opportunity to download and store their videos within 90 days before the deletion process. During this period, the option to download videos as BULK or transfer to cloud services such as Google Drive and Dropbox.

Users who want to save live broadcast videos, Facebook’s Event Diary will be able to find and download past publications. You will also be able to find videos on the profile or page and download it by watching the full screen.
