In the statement made by the company, the following statements were included:

“Mr. Prithipaul will leave the company after a transitional period and CEO Stephen Ehrlich will take over as Mr. Prithipaul on an interim basis”

Voyager Digital filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy last July. The company held an auction earlier this month to put its assets up for sale. The results of the auction are scheduled to be announced on September 29.

Binance and FTX were allegedly the highest bidders for the assets. According to the information received, both companies have made an offer of approximately 50 million dollars.

According to another information, the offer made by Binance is slightly higher than the offer made by FTX.

However, it is also stated that US authorities may prevent Binance’s purchase. Regulators are keeping a close eye on Binance’s moves, especially since Binance CEO CZ is Chinese.
