Representatives of Voyager creditors have requested that Sam Bankman-Fried, former CEO of FTX, and some senior executives of FTX and Alameda Reserch, submit documents and attend court remotely for testimony.

An invitation was sent to Sam Bankman-Fried to testify in the lawsuit filed in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York on February 18.

This development came after it was revealed in a court filing on February 6 that Voyager attorneys presented a subpoena to Sam Bankman-Fried, as well as Alamede CEO Caroline Ellison, FTX co-founder Gary Wang and FTX head of product Ramnic Arora. . According to the request, the named persons were asked to provide by February 17.

Under bankruptcy court rules, Judge John Dorsey authorized FTX creditors to issue subpoenas to obtain information and documents from former employees of FTX and family members of SBF.
