The LED light bar, which we are accustomed to seeing in the new generation Volkswagen models, has been integrated into the vehicle. Design
If we examine the exterior in general, we can say that there is not much change. The main change took place in the interior of the vehicle. With the makeover, standard T-Roc models will have a digital instrument cluster. A new generation multimedia screen is preferred in the interior. The screen, which comes in 9.2 inches in the top package, will come in 6.5 inches in standard packages.
The new multimedia screen has up-to-date software. Thanks to these software, you will be able to receive optional wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay support. The ventilation channels located above the multimedia screen in the old model are placed under the multimedia screen in the new model. In addition to these, the new T-Roc family includes touchscreen air conditioner controls, which we are accustomed to from models such as Polo and Tiguan.
Engine Options
In the new T-Roc family, the engines we are used to from the old models will meet us. At the entry level, a 1.0-liter 3-cylinder engine capable of producing 110 hp welcomes us. In the next step, a 1.5-liter engine capable of producing 150 hp meets. In the top position, a 2.0-liter engine capable of producing 190 hp meets. This engine comes as standard with the 4Motion system.
On the diesel side, 2.0 TDI engines that can produce 115 and 150 hp power welcome us. The underpowered version of the vehicle will be available with front-wheel drive. The powerful diesel engine will be optionally available with the 4Motion traction system. All engines will be available with 6-speed manual and 7-speed automatic DSG transmissions.
The most powerful version, the T-Roc R, will be able to produce 300 hp and 400 Nm of torque. The vehicle can complete 0-100 km/h acceleration in 4.9 seconds. It also comes standard with automatic DSG transmission and 4Motion technology. It can reach a maximum speed of 250 km / h.
