Spotify, the world’s most used online music and podcast platform on every platform, is preparing to add a new one to its list of new features. The company really cannot be stopped because we have talked about Spotify’s innovations many times in the past 3 months.

Announcing its new campaign where you can subscribe for 3 months free of charge today, the giant company is now testing a new feature in Vietnam. This feature allows users to record audio responses to playlists. Let’s take a look at the details of the new feature.

Your voice response to playlists will be saved as a podcast

The new feature was revealed by a Reddit user. You can see screenshots of the new feature, where you can react to a playlist and then be released as a podcast episode, in our image above. These podcasts will likely be listened to by your followers.

Screenshots show that users in the test saw a microphone icon on their playlist screen, and when they tapped it, they saw a new screen prompting them to record an audio response to the playlist.

Spotify also confirmed the situation after the Reddit user revealed the feature, but the company did not share any details about what locations the feature is available and how it plans to manage these voice responses.
