Vivo has started work on a rollable phone model

The ever-increasing trend of foldable phones encourages companies to work on new things. Vivo, which will soon enter the foldable phone market, will also appear with different concept models.

OPPO introduced the X 2021 model, a rollable phone concept, in the past months. OPPO X 2021, which draws attention with its features, was liked by many users.

Vivo Mobile Communication filed a patent application with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on May 26, 2021. The 21-page document was published on the WIPO official website on December 2, 2021. Reaching the documents, the LetsGoDigital team has revealed the new rollable phone model that the company is working on.

Published documents mention Vivo brand phone with pop-up screen. The device, which reaches tablet sizes with the expanding screen, draws attention with its similarity to the rollable model developed by OPPO.

The selfie camera of the device using the rail system was designed to remain stable. On the back camera, the Vivo rollable phone, which includes a triple camera array, has a camera light and a sensor. Although the characteristics of the sensor are not known yet, it is estimated to be a depth-sensing sensor.

On the right are the volume buttons and the power button. The speaker is placed on the top of the device. Unfortunately, it is unknown when it will be introduced to the concept model.
