Vivo Y21A introduced: Here are its specs

According to the Canalys report, Vivo, which is the fifth largest smartphone manufacturer in the world with a market share of 8 percent, has started to be preferred frequently all over the world, including our country, after increasing electronic goods prices. The company, which appeals to its users with more entry and mid-segment models, has recently showcased the Vivo Y21A.

Vivo Y21A technical specifications

Vivo Y21A comes with a 6.51-inch HD+ resolution 20:9 aspect ratio LCD panel. It also measures 164.26 × 76.08 × 8.00 mm and weighs 182 grams.

The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Helio P22 processor. Produced with a 12 nm architecture, the chipset hosts the PowerVR GE8320 graphics unit in addition to four 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A53 and four 1.5 GHz ARM Cortex-A53 cores.

The device has 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. On the other hand, storage can be increased thanks to +1 GB virtual RAM and microSD card support.

While there is an 8 Megapixel selfie camera positioned in a drop notch on the front, the dual camera consisting of a 13 Megapixel main camera and a 2 Megapixel macro sensor on the back welcomes us.

The smartphone, which can be charged via USB-C and powered by a 5,000 mAh battery with 18W support, runs Android 11-based Funtouch OS 11.1 interface right out of the box. Let’s also mention that the device has a side-mounted fingerprint reader, 4G (dual SIM), dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth 5.0, GNSS (GPS, BeiDou, GLONASS, GALILEO) and 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Vivo Y21A started to be listed on the company’s official website in India recently. The price tag of the device, which has blue and color options, has not been announced yet.
