Vivo, which produces ambitious phones in every segment and offers them for sale in many markets of the world, is announcing high-end devices with its own brand apart from the flagships it has introduced under its sub-brand iQOO. Just a few months ago, the company introduced the new X70 series in September, and showed up in the market with three different devices and two different processors. The first information about the Vivo X80 series, which will be introduced this year, has emerged.
Vivo, which uses a muscular design language on its flagship phones, so to speak, meets the eyes of most people with its colorful covers. In the series, which will have similar processor combinations with last year’s X70s, an ambitious screen will also welcome us.
Vivo X80 series appeared as hardware
According to the information revealed, the series will consist of three phones. Of these phones, the X80 will have a 6.56-inch screen, while the remaining X80 Pro and X80 Pro+ will come out of the box with 6.78-inch screens. In addition, Vivo X80 and X80 Pro will offer FHD + resolution. The screen resolution on the X80 Pro + will be QHD +. These screens with AMOLED panels will support 120Hz screen refresh rate and will impress with a perforated design.
Three different processors in three different phones can be said to be one of the strategies of Vivo that we are used to. Indeed, Vivo X80, MediaTek Dimensity 8000; X80 Pro, Dimensity 9000 and X80 Pro Plus will come with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processors. This means that we can see the differences between the processors over a series. The last thing that can be added to this area is that the Vivo X80 will come with LPDDRX4 RAM, while the other two models will come with LPDDR5 RAM.
The main camera with a 50 Megapixel Samsung GN5 sensor, accompanied by a 13 Megapixel wide-angle second and 12 Megapixel resolution 2x optical zoom Sony IMX663 sensor, the third rear camera will appear on the standard X80. Other phones are expected to have more ambitious cameras. Finally, we can say that Vivo X80 will support 55W wired, X80 Pro and X80 Pro+ will support 66W wired and 50W wireless charging.
