Vivo included Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Qualcomm’s flagship processor, in its new model. Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor has 1 x 3.2GHz ARM Cortex-X3, 2 x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A710, 2 x 2.8GHz ARM Cortex-A715 and 3 x 2.0GHz ARM Cortex-A510 cores.
X Fold 2, which is ambitious about the screen, has a 6.56 inch AMOLED external display with 120Hz refresh rate. The interior screen consists of an 8.03-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate.
The company announced that they included LPDDR5X and UFS 4.0 technologies in their new model. Vivo X Fold 2 will be available in 12GB/256GB and 12GB/512GB options.
The device, which has a triple camera array, has a 50 Megapixel main camera with OIS support, a 12 Megapixel ultra wide angle camera and a 12 Megapixel telephoto lens.
The new model has a 4,800 mAh battery with 120W wired and 50W wireless fast charging technologies. The company announced that the variant with 12 GB RAM + 256 GB internal storage will be available with a price tag of 8,999 RMB ($ 1,307).
