Payment giant Visa is undertaking an important project in the field of crypto money. Visa has announced that it will organize a cryptocurrency development program for undergraduate students to develop and expand the cryptocurrency space within the company.
College students participating in Visa’s program will develop expertise in areas such as DeFi, NFTs, stablecoins and CBDCs.
According to Visa’s job posting on the subject, the Crypto Development Program will be an 18-month rotational development experience designed to build a fully active cryptocurrency team now and in the future. The following statements were included in the statement;
“The program supports Visa’s mission to build a strong entry-level talent pipeline with deep subject matter expertise in crypto.”
Recruiters to Specialize in Different Areas
Recruiters will rotate in teams including Crypto Product, Crypto Solutions and Digital Partnerships. They will develop expertise in specific areas such as decentralized finance (DeFi), NFTs, stablecoins and central bank digital currencies (CBDCs).
