The US National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) has signed a new project that will enchant space enthusiasts. The institution created a compilation of the images it has obtained so far with the Wide-Field Infrared Observation Explorer (NEOWISE), which it sent into space in 2009. The new image created showed the 12-year change process of the “all sky”.

NASA’s explorer, called NEOWISE, completes its orbit once every 6 months. In the process, he takes images of countless objects in the vacuum of space. Moreover, the infrared rays emitted by these objects are also recorded. Scientists combined these images and created an “all-sky” map. With the new study, it has been revealed how the objects on the map have changed in 12 years.
