The US Treasury Department has banned all Americans from using Tornado Cash. The Ministry’s Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) has added address mixer Tornado Cash and some Ethereum addresses to its sanctions list. According to the officially released information, OFAC has placed Tornado Cash on its Specially Designated list. This can be explained as a list of sanctioned individuals, organizations and crypto addresses.
