Updating Dimensity 9000

While the Dimenisty 9000, which is perhaps the most popular chipset in the Android world this year, started to show itself in the first flagships, a new version claim came. The Dimenisty 9000+ will be around 10 percent more efficient.

Dimenisty 9000+ coming?

Dimensity 9000+ claims started right after Qualcomm’s claims that it was preparing a more performance Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ chipset to be ahead of the competition. It looks like this year will be quite hot.

Emerging benchmark scores new points to a Dimensity 9000 chipset. The chipset, in which the Cortex-X2 cores are increased from 3.0GHz to 3.2GHz, is unknown for some reason, but it has received very low scores. It is estimated that it is still in the engineering phase.

Sources state that the Cortex-X2 cores are overheating on the MediaTek side as well as on the Qualcomm side. Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 is having trouble in this sense and Samsung manufacturing techniques are not enough to solve the problem. That’s why Qualcomm has to act quickly.
MediaTek, on the other hand, did not encounter any major problems with the Dimensity 9000 chipset as it works with TSMC. In this respect, the Dimensity 9000+ can be delayed if the heating problems continue and the company can continue with the current solution.
