Unveiled 2022 Volkswagen Lavida facelift

Volkswagen has renewed Lavida, one of its most powerful weapons in China. The third generation Volkswagen Lavida, produced in partnership with SAIC-Volkswagen, has been facelifted. The renewed Volkswagen Lavida will have two different faces according to the version.

It is also possible to say that the MQB-based model has more modern LED headlights, new air intakes and more chrome trim. The version called Star Edition, on the other hand, offers a different face with a different grille design, more sporty bumper and darkened headlights.

The new design wheels of Volkswagen Lavida, whose profile appearance has not changed, draw attention. At the rear, LED lights with new graphics, reflectors extending from one end to the other and chrome details stand out. The Star Edition version also features side mirror caps and a glossy black lip spoiler to match the roof.

The interior of the facelift Volkswagen Lavida has also been renewed. There is a large multimedia screen positioned in the form of a tablet screen in the middle, and a new digital instrument panel in front of the driver. In the sedan model, where the steering wheel has also been renewed, black leather upholstery, red stitching and red details on the air vents come into play with the Star Edition version.

Volkswagen Lavida, which went on sale for the first time in 2008 and entered its third generation in 2018, is one of the company’s most popular sedan models in China, with sales of more than 5 million units. The facelift Lavida is expected to be unveiled at the 2022 Beijing Auto Show in April.
