As every year, Apple users and technology followers are eagerly waiting for the newly introduced Macbooks and iPads this year. However, new leaks have also started to be shared, and one of them is not very heartwarming. The leak comes from Revegnus, who tweeted that there will be no Macbooks and iPads with the M3 chip for this year.

TSMC is struggling to keep up with demand

According to Revegnus, the delay came to light after a report came to light that claimed TSMC was struggling to keep up with demand for the chips. Because TSMC is currently in a position to produce Apple Silicon chips, any problems in production directly affect Apple.

If the leak is true, many Apple users won’t be happy about it. Because M3 chips will have a 3 nm structure that can provide significant speed and efficiency improvements compared to the 5 nm M2 chip.

We will see in the future whether the strengthened M2 chip will be used instead of the M3 chip in the new Macbooks and iPads.
