The newspaper is accepting Bitcoin and Ethereum donations as of February 25. The donations raised exceeded $7,000 in 0.126 BTC; It surpassed 59.4 ETH, which corresponds to $175,332.
These wallets are run in addition to other donation activities on GoFundMe and Patreon. As it is known, Ukraine focused on fundraising activities with crypto assets after the invasion. According to the latest data, the amount of donations in crypto addresses shared by the Ukrainian government exceeded $ 20 million, while Polkadot was added to the donation wallets.
