Last week, it was reported that Ubisoft is working on a new battle royale game. The game, which is similar to Fortnite and codenamed Project Q, was officially confirmed after leaks.
Project Q will not be a battle royale
Although leaks indicate that Project Q is a battle royale, Ubisoft stated that the game will not be in the battle royale genre. Stating that the game is in the early stages of development, Ubisoft suggested signing up for potential tests. In addition, the first concept image of the game was released. Ubisoft stated that the game will include various PvP modes and the main goal of the game will be entertainment. It seems that Project Q will add difference to the game with different heroes such as Apex Legends. In the published image, we can see 4 different heroes. As can be seen from the image, the game will have a visual appearance in the style of Fortnite and Knockout City.
Although Ubisoft states that the game is not a battle royale, different sources still state that the game will have a battle royale-style mode. It seems that this mode called Showdown will be much faster than normal battle royale games. Finally, Ubisoft stated that it will not include NFTs in the game.
