Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi said in an interview with Bloomberg TV that the company may start accepting cryptocurrencies “at some point”.
The San Francisco-based company may add such a payment option as an alternative when crypto becomes more efficient and environmentally friendly.

According to the survey conducted by the Bitcoin Mining Council (BMC), it was stated that the share of sustainable energy in the Bitcoin mining sector increased to 58.5%.
Tesla continues to hold approximately 2 billion dollars of Bitcoin on its balance sheet.
Khosrowshahi expressed his opposition to the idea of adding crypto money to Uber’s balance sheet in September.
