READING NOW Twitter has reopened the feature that attracts reaction in Turkey.

Trying to keep up with the trends of social media and gradually adding various features to its platform in this direction, Twitter has re-launched a feature that it had tested before. The company, which previously published the Fleets feature, which was similar to Instagram Stories, and removed it because it did not attract attention, has now started to test another function that has failed before.

Twitter, which has included Chat Rooms as well as the Fleets feature in the past months, is closely interested in the concepts and innovations of other social media applications. As a matter of fact, in September, the company started testing the Reactions feature, which has been on Facebook for years and allows you to react to posts with emoji, in Turkey, and removed this innovation after the reactions. The announcement made today started the second testing process.

Twitter Reactions drew backlash

Twitter Reactions, which first started testing in September, allowed you to leave different expressions on shared Tweets. The social media platform, which has updated the like system that has been in use for years, has introduced different emojis. In addition to the heart, tweets could be filled with “Hmm, Sad, Haha, Clap and Like” emojis. However, the testing process was not very positive for Twitter Reactions. This feature has been removed because it is not liked in our country.

According to the tweet shared by Twitter Turkey today, the Reactions feature has been retested in Turkey for a limited time. Users will be able to experience the feature, which has been tested for the second time, by long pressing the like button. It will be possible to react to shared Tweets with emojis.

It is unknown how long the reactions feature will be tested. In addition, this function can be removed again if it does not receive the expected interest from the users. So what do you think about Reactions? Do you like the feature? You can specify in the comments…
