Elon Musk fires employees one by one
Elon Musk, who manages his companies with his own truth and cannot stand criticism, is also uncompromising on Twitter. The reaction to Musk, who fired half of the employees, but attributed the slowdown problems to the skills of the employees, was not delayed.
An employee responded to Elon Musk, who attributed the slowness of the Twitter network to poorly optimized remote code execution points. Twitter Android engineer Eric Frohnhoefer cited the preference for superfluous usage features over performance as the reason for the slowness. After the discussion continued in a few lines, Frohnhoefer suggested that the followers should have the discussion privately, stating that Musk did not do this when he could write to them privately. Later, Elon Musk fired the employee.
In his statement, Frohnhofer states that no one trusts each other in the company and Elon Musk creates an atmosphere of distrust. Apart from this engineer, Ben Leib and Sasha Solomon, who criticized Musk, were also fired, but Musk deleted their posts after the backlash.
